Order Status
Once your order is packed and shipped, we’ll send a confirmation email with your tracking information. Use this tracking code to follow your order’s journey to your door.
Shipping & Fulfillment Times
Orders placed before 11:00 AM are dispatched the same day, while those placed after 11:00 AM are dispatched on the next business day. Please allow for additional processing time during holidays.
We currently offer Tracked 48-Hour Shipping (FREE). Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days.

Lost or Missing Orders
If you suspect your package is lost, please reach out to us at woof@nutripooch.co.uk within 7 days after the expected delivery date. We’ll replace your order if the shipping address provided was correct. Checking with your local postal office may also help locate your package.
